Service Description
Beginner Pole happens weekly and is designed for students who have graduated from the Intro to Pole classes. Each week you will learn fundamental spins, sits, and climbs on both stationary and spinning pole as you master a skill checklist in order to graduate to intermediate (level 2) classes. You will build muscle, gain endurance, and practice core engagement as you work through each skill. You will gain confidence in your body and yourself! End your class by showing what you've learned in a freestyle dance!
Cancellation Policy
Must pre-register. All sales are final. Cancellations: You must cancel your class at least 2 hours in advance in order to use the class at a later time.
